Blayne Howser is the Senior Director, Guest Relations & Insights for American Blue Ribbon Holdings, the 8th largest full service restaurant holding company in the United States, operating five restaurant concepts over 640 company and franchise restaurants in 43 states in addition to its award-wining bakery division, Legendary Baking®. In her current role, Blayne drives enterprise-wide business improvement through the use of quantitative and qualitative guest and market research, serving as a conduit to bridge data results to effective business practices.
Blayne joined ABRH via its acquisition of O’Charley’s Inc. in 2012. During her O’Charley’s tenure, Blayne served in various roles including Director of Shared Services Support, Director of Guest Relations, and Franchise Administrator. Prior to ABRH and O’Charley’s, Blayne served as Director of Operations for both Caliber Learning Network and Service Merchandise. She attributes her passion for business, teamwork, and spirited quest for improvement to her earliest career days working with a McDonald’s franchisee.
Blayne holds a BA in Psychology from Western Kentucky University.
